Overview

FastRepli AI is a Chrome extension that helps you generate AI-powered email replies inside Gmail. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and what we never do with it.

Data We Access

FastRepli AI reads the content of your Gmail threads solely to generate reply suggestions. This data is:

• Sent directly to your chosen AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) using your own API key
• Never sent to FastRepli AI servers
• Never stored, logged, or shared with anyone

Data We Store Locally

The following data is stored only on your device using Chrome's local storage:

• Your AI provider API key
• Your memories and presets (your personal library)
• Your settings and preferences
• Your usage stats (reply count, token usage, estimated cost)
• Your license key

None of this data ever leaves your device or is accessible by FastRepli.

Your API Key

You provide your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key. FastRepli stores it locally on your device only. We never see it, collect it, or transmit it to our servers.

Gmail Data

FastRepli accesses Gmail thread content only when you actively trigger a reply generation. We do not:

• Read emails in the background
• Store any email content
• Transmit email content to FastRepli servers
• Share email content with any third party

Email content is sent only to your chosen AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) under their respective privacy policies.

Third Party Services

When you generate a reply, your email thread content is processed by either:

• OpenAI — openai.com/privacy
• Anthropic — anthropic.com/privacy

License Key Verification

When you activate FastRepli with a license key, we verify it against Gumroad's API. Only your license key is transmitted for verification — no personal data, no email content.

Children's Privacy

FastRepli is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
